 About Us
Ness Construction is the parent company of Ness Drainage and Air Quality Restoration.
Ness Drainage is a full time drainage company established in 1995, and Air Quality Restoration is a full time mold remediation company established in 1997. We have a combined professional experience of 35 years specializing in drainage work, which gives us the expertise to authoritatively diagnose drainage and mold problems. We have installed over 800 drainage systems and successfully completed 250 mold projects in this valley. We have yet to see drainage or mold issues that we could not correct.
About the Owner, Doug Ness:
Doug Ness has been in this valley for 25 years, and has been addressing construction water damage restoration, mold and drainage issues for the past 15 years. Before that he worked in the asbestos and environmental industries. He has also been asked to speak at a number of conferences throughout the northwest in the last ten years addressing construction defect and water intrusion. Doug has the background and experience that allow him to look at problems in a holistic way.
What makes our drain different from competitors?
With our experience we know what works, and what doesn't’t. We want to leave you with the information you need to make an informed decision about the specific issues regarding your house. In our experience there are large differences between seemingly similar drain systems. We believe that if we give you the facts and perspective you will be able to make an informed decision regarding your home.
What makes our mold remediation different from competitors?
With a background in asbestos removal, and two certified mold remediation supervisors, we do not take the band-aid approach that some of our competitors do. Our remediation is not just a cover up. We physically remove the mold and restore the materials to their state prior to the onset of mold. We are not interested in covering the mold, we eliminate it. We use one of the toughest home inspectors in the valley to verify our remediation and ensure that we have done a thorough removal. In short we leave you with the knowledge that your home is healthy again.
